Nuclear reactor fuel element core shell thermal energy into electrical energy converter fuel element contains the fuel core, fuel core shell, fuel retainer, end plugs. Around the fuel core tubular shell insulated from the fuel core shell with insulators tubular anode is installed. Fuel rod shell and the tubular anode form the vacuum diode, which cathode is the fuel core shell, pumping out nipple and gas absorbers are provided to create a vacuum.
EFFECT: technical result is development of received by the nuclear reactor fuel element core shell thermal energy fuel element-converter, into the electrical energy while maintaining the fuel rods, their fuel cores and fuel cells main connecting dimensions.
