FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to devices for training the muscular-ligamentous apparatus of the foot in the treatment and prevention of flatfoot, and can be used in sports medicine. Disadvantage of the known technical solution is the impossibility of providing active supination of the feet, high-quality training of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus, providing anatomically correct position of the feet, and avoiding the harmful effects of flatfoot on the knee joints, as well as the spine. Proposed device allows for the active training of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus – the posterior tibial and muscle groups of the small tibial, responsible for the longitudinal arch of the foot, thus, an anatomically correct position of the feet is provided, negative consequences for the musculoskeletal system are excluded.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is the active strengthening of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus of the feet, which allows to avoid flat-footedness, removal of the load from the knee joints and the spine.
