SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to devices for training of musculo-ligamentous apparatus of ankle joint in treating and preventing flat feet, as well as in recovery after injuries and in postoperative period. Simulator for exercises of musculo-ligament apparatus of ankle joints comprises a support for arms in the form of a crossbar attached to the support surface, retainers for feet, cups fixed with fixed fixation on leg shanks, fixed cylinders with pistons with rods arranged at one end. Fixed cylinders are rigidly fixed by means of fixtures with support surface, and rods second end by means of hinge joints are fixed on cuffs and installed with possibility of translational movement in fixed cylinders, each of which is equipped with bypass valve for passage of air displaced by piston from cylinder.
EFFECT: invention enables active strengthening of the musculo-ligamentous apparatus of the ankle joint, avoiding flat feet, developing a group of muscles and ligaments responsible for the flexion function of the feet, relieving the load from the knee joints and spinal column.
