SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of loading / unloading vessels and can be used for carrying out cargo operations in unfavorable climatic conditions. Sheltered dome holds a vessel containing a waterproof dome fixed to the frame, which is mounted on the unloading device, on the frame are fixed at least four winches, each of which is equipped with a strap, along its length connected with the surface of the dome, and the liquid-proof dome is equipped with a removable inflatable frame located in its lower part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the performance characteristics due to the possibility of changing the position of the unloading device relative to the base of the dome, and also due to the possibility of loading in various vessels with different sizes of holds and the type of opening of the covers of the holds.
