HYDROFORMYLATION METHOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C07C45/50 C07C45/83 C07C47/02

Abstract RU 2674698 C1

FIELD: hydroformylation.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of hydroformylation. Method includes the following steps: carrying out the reaction of hydroformylation in the reaction zone using the reaction liquid, containing (a) a phosphorus-containing acid compound, (b) a catalyst based on a complex of a metal with an organophosphorus ligand, which contains a metal of group 8, 9 or 10, bound to a complex with an organophosphorus ligand, and, optionally, (c) free organophosphorus ligand; bringing into contact at least part of the reaction liquid with a water-soluble amine with neutralization at least some amount of a phosphorus-containing acidic compound, and obtaining a neutralized phosphorus-containing acidic compound; at least partial separation in the extraction zone of at least one neutralized phosphorus-containing acidic compound from the reaction liquid; and removing the neutralized phosphorus-containing acidic compound from the extraction zone with the aqueous stream exiting the extraction zone. Amount of amine is such that the concentration of amine in the reaction zone is not more than 0.075 mmol per liter of hydroformylation reaction liquid.

EFFECT: proposed method allows to reduce or eliminate strongly acidic compounds in the reaction zone of hydroformylation to minimize the decomposition of the ligand while reducing the degree of phosphite poisoning.
