SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winding coils. Machine contains at least one support frame (11, 12), belt (13, 14), having a closed ring configuration and mounted on support frame (11, 12) so that it essentially covers it at the periphery, and platform (16) on which the said at least one support frame (11, 12) is located. Simplification and acceleration, the ability to automate maintenance operations, in particular, belt replacement, is ensured by the fact that platform (16) is equipped with supporting elements (17a, 17b), made with the possibility of selectively holding said at least one supporting frame (11, 12) at some distance from platform (16). At least some of these support elements (17a, 17b) are associated with drive elements (18), made with the possibility of selective inclusion to bring at least some of these support elements (17a, 17b) in the first, working position, where support frame (11, 12) is fixed on platform (16), and the second, inoperative position, in which they do not interfere with specified support frame (11, 12).
