SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Described is an artificial blood vessel made of fabric a multilayer tubular woven structure, wherein the artificial blood vessel comprises two types of yarns: microfibre multifilament yarns with single yarn fineness of 0.5 dtex or less as a warp yarn, forming an inner layer for contact with blood flow and multifilament yarns having a single yarn fineness of 1.0 dtex or higher as a warp yarn forming an outer layer, wherein the apparent cover factor of the inner layer is 2,000 or higher.
EFFECT: artificial blood vessel made of fabric has reduced blood leakage through the voids between the fibres.
