SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic fuel systems of power plants and can be used in power engineering and transport. System for supplying liquefied natural gas (LNG) to a power plant includes a fuel tank, heat exchanger, separator with fuel gas and cooled LNG supply lines, compressor and pump. System is equipped with an expander, kinematically connected with the pump and the compressor, and a liquefaction device connected to the supply lines of fuel gas and cooled LNG. Gasification of LNG is carried out using the expander, kinematically connected with the pump and compressor, and in the absence of fuel consumption by a power plant, the fuel gas is liquefied and returned to the fuel tank.
EFFECT: elimination of energy consumption from outside, as well as prevention of fuel losses.
