SUBSTANCE: to determine the parameter of transformer (40), which has high voltage side (41) and low voltage side (43), a test signal generated by source (13) is fed to low voltage side (43). Test response of transformer (40) is recorded. Leakage reactance and/or leakage inductance of transformer (40) is determined by device (18) evaluating device (10) based on the test response of transformer (40).
EFFECT: technical result of the implementation of the claimed group of inventions is to provide the ability to automatically determine the leakage reactance and/or the leakage inductance of the transformer.
