SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a pharmaceutical composition of a solid solution, which has anti-inflammatory activity, consisting of: one or more nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) in an amount of from 20 to 40 % by weight by weight of the pharmaceutical composition; one or more pharmaceutically acceptable solid fats in an amount of from 20 to 65 % by weight based on the weight of the pharmaceutical composition, where one or more solid fats include one or more glycerol lipids; and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable liquid fats in an amount of from 5 to 50 % by weight based on the weight of the pharmaceutical composition, where one or more liquid fats include one or more monoglycerides or acetylated monoglycerides. Pharmaceutical composition of the solid solution is prepared so that it is solid at a temperature of 15 °C or lower and has a melting point of 30 °C or higher. Invention also includes the use of this pharmaceutical composition in the manufacture of a medicinal product for the treatment of chronic inflammation and a method of treating an individual suffering from chronic inflammation through the composition.

EFFECT: solid solution compositions and their use in chronic inflammation are proposed.
