SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and discloses a pharmaceutical solid solution composition with anti-inflammatory activity, consisting of: a) one or more non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) in the amount from 20 to 40% by weight (wt./wt.) of the weight of the pharmaceutical composition; b) one or more pharmaceutically acceptable solid fats in the amount from 20 to 65% by weight (wt./wt.) of the weight of the pharmaceutical composition, where one or more of solid fats include one or more glycerolipids; and c) one or more pharmaceutically acceptable liquid fats in the amount from 5 to 50% by weight (wt./vol.) of the weight of the pharmaceutical composition, where one or more liquid fats include a mixture of one or more partially hydrolyzed fat including one or more monoglycerides or acetylated monoglycerides; d) one or more stabilizers, while the total number of components (a)-(d) is up to 100% by weight of the solid solution composition, where the pharmaceutical solid solution composition is prepared so that it is solid at a temperature of 15°C or less and has a melting temperature of 30°C or higher. The group of inventions also relates to the use of a pharmaceutical solid solution composition (options) and to a method for the treatment of an individual suffering from a chronic inflammation.

EFFECT: provision of a delivery lipid-adjuvant system allowing the delivery of a therapeutic compound with anti-inflammatory activity in such a way that it more effectively inhibits a response anti-inflammation reaction; improvement of the results of treatment of a chronic inflammation.
