SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics. First invention is a pharmaceutical composition for treating a condition of severe pain, comprising: a) from 20 to 30 wt% Ibuprofen or Naproxen; b) a pharmaceutically acceptable glycerol lipid comprising a mixture of saturated C₁₀-C₁₈ triglycerides having a melting point between 41 °C and 45 °C in an amount of 30 to 50 wt%, and glyceryl monolinoleate in an amount of 20 to 40 wt%; c) a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid polyethylene glycol in an amount of less than 15 wt%; the composition does not contain surfactants; the composition is designed to be a solid at 15 °C or lower and has a melting point of 30 °C or above. Second invention is the use of this composition in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a condition of severe pain. Third invention is the use of this composition to treat a condition of severe pain. Fourth invention is a method of treating an individual with a condition of severe pain, comprising a step of administering said composition.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a composition in the form of a solid solution, which leads to an increase in its storage stability, as well as selective and directed distribution in macrophages upon administration.
