SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an automatic sorting mechanism comprising movement mechanism (2) driven by a first power device for providing a linear movement; feeding device (4) mounted on one end of said movement mechanism (2) and configured to supply an infusion bag positioned thereon on said movement mechanism (2); and several ejecting mechanisms (6) mounted in the length direction of said movement mechanism (2) and configured to push said infusion bag from said movement mechanism (2); characterized in that said feeding device (4) comprises code scanning means (8) configured to read a graphic code on said infusion bag, and code disk (10), wherein said code scanning means (8) after successful recognition of the bar code on said infusion bag controls said code disk (10) to provide a predetermined number of revolutions and/or rotation for a certain angle and by means of said code disk (10) controls the ejection mechanism closest to said infusion bag (6) to expel said infusion bag.

EFFECT: present invention solves the problems of analogs known in the art and automatically sorts and dispenses medications by combining movement mechanism (2), feeder (4) and ejector mechanisms (6).
