FIELD: processes automation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated means for supporting decision-making and can be applied in the system of risk management in the field of train traffic safety. System for risk management contains a processor, generators of the parameters of factors affecting the occurrence of traffic safety violations, and parameters of measures to prevent traffic safety violations, modules for assessing actual risk, hypothetical damage and hypothetical risk, a module for analyzing the dynamics and forecasting of risks, a calculator of the indicator of the effectiveness of risk management and a calculator of an indicator of the effectiveness of measures to prevent violations of traffic safety.
EFFECT: technical result is to enable risk assessment based on risk factors and risk management based on the results of the evaluation.
