FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and computer engineering. System comprises a central processor, information input/output units, memory, display, analysing the state of technical facilities (TF), analysis of reliability of the assessment of impact of failures of objects on the transportation process (TP), calculation of residual life and risks, optimising resource allocation, analysis of TP progress, decision making support to increase reliability of infrastructure objects (IO), generating reference objects, registration of operational and investment costs and hardware-software complex of automated system taking into account elimination of failures of the vehicle and control, analysis of their reliability, single corporate automated control system infrastructure, automated system for analysis of executed motion schedule, single corporate automated control system and financial resources and diagnostics system is registered.
EFFECT: technical result-increase of efficiency of automated system owing to analysis of transportation process on railway sections polygon for analysed period of time and determining the effect of faults of technical facilities (TF) infrastructure to its execution on each section.
