FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blocks for lifting and lowering equipment using cable winches when measuring the depth of immersion of equipment. Device consists of counting and mounting blocks connected by a communication cable. Counting unit contains batteries with a battery protection board, a buck-boost voltage converter, a pulse counter, control buttons, a backlit display and a siren. Mounting block consists of two symmetrical cheeks, a pulley fixed between them, and a fastener, with at least three magnets attached to the side surface of the pulley and a dual Hall sensor mounted on the board in the hole on the cheek of the mounting block. Connector for connecting a communication cable to a dual Hall sensor is made on the cheek of the mounting block. Protection is provided around the connector. Outputs of the dual Hall sensor are connected to the inputs of a pulse counter.

EFFECT: increase the reliability of the device, increase the operating time of the device without service.
