FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of biodiesel fuels based on renewable organic raw materials and can be used for the purposes of the transport industry and in the energy sector, namely, microwave devices for producing biodiesel fuel from vegetable oils. Energy-saving microwave device for producing biodiesel fuel consists of reactor 5, magnetron 1, radiator of microwave energy 4, a pipeline, thermal sensor 6, control unit 2 and pump for feeding raw material 11, while the radiator of microwave energy 4 is made in the form of a metal horn, the length of which provides the maximum power of the emitted energy at the lower base of the radiator, radiator 4 is connected to the upper base with magnetron 1, and through dielectric insert 8 through the lower base is introduced into reactor 5 directly inside the processed raw material, control unit 2 is connected to magnetron 1, with a temperature sensor of reaction mixture 6 and adjusting valve 9, which is installed in the pipeline to change the feed rate of the raw material through the closed loop of pipeline 10 to reactor 5.
EFFECT: as a result of the use of the invention, an energy-saving technological process for the production of biofuels with high conversion of vegetable oils is provided.
