FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for moulding or processing food products by extrusion and can find application in the food industry. The extruder consists of a gear motor, a loading chamber with a metal sieve located in it, a feed screw with an additional blade and drive, as well as a composite housing, a matrix die, a vacuum chamber, a sluice valve, a vacuum pump, a vacuum regulator and a vacuum gauge. In the front part of the housing there is a screw pump, consisting of a metal rotor and a stator with an elastic lining, between the screw surfaces of which working chambers are formed. The second part of the housing contains a heating device made in the form of a thick-walled pipe made of radio-transparent heat-resistant material and two magnetrons equipped with an automatic control system. A metal sieve is installed in the upper part of the loading chamber above its feeding auger. Sifting of particles of the processed raw material is ensured by a rotating blade fixed above the turns of the feed auger, while the sieve cells are made with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the holes of the matrix die, which prevents them from clogging.

EFFECT: extruder provides increased energy efficiency and process reliability.
