For this purpose carry out the perfusion of the pulmonary artery with oxygenated blood and artificial ventilation of the lungs during an artificial circulation. Additionally, inhale nitrogen monoxide into the inspiratory part of the breathing circuit of the ventilator with a concentration of 15–20 ppm before, during and continue after the completion of the artificial blood circulation until the end of the operation.
EFFECT: method provides adequate anesthesia for this category of patients by increasing blood oxygenation to infrared, reducing pressure in the pulmonary artery and afterload on the right ventricle, as well as reducing intrapulmonary shunting of blood after infrared.
