FIELD: antenna technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of antenna-feeder devices of spacecraft. Soldered parts are fixed with devices that exclude their movement. As a soldering material, a soldering paste is used that corresponds to the material or material coating of the soldered parts. Pre-heating of the soldering zone is performed with solder paste applied on it, while the soldering zone is heated by a contactless method to a temperature at which the flux is not activated, and the solder is not melted. Final heating of the soldering zone is carried out by a contactless method to a temperature at which the flux is first activated, removing oxides in the soldering zone, and then the solder paste is melted. When the solder paste is completely melted and the soldered parts are moistened with molten solder paste, the heating process is stopped.
EFFECT: method allows you to connect the details of antenna-feeder devices of various geometrical shapes and sizes, including solder joints in hard-to-reach or places inaccessible for contact soldering, which allows for the implementation of various designs of antenna-feeder devices with high matching accuracy.
