FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed process can be used for connection of aluminium parts by brazing, for example, in production of radio components. Parts are preliminary processed by nickel-, copper- and tin-zinc-plating. After assembly, brazing paste is applied over the perimeter of parts as a roller and said parts are heated to 120-160°C. Brazing is performed by air heated to 300-350°C. Cooled parts are flushed to remove flux residues.
EFFECT: higher quality, possibility of brazing the different-depth structures.
