DEVICE FOR ATTACHING CUT LAYERS TOGETHER (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B17/72

Abstract RU 2675676 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical technology, namely to a device for attaching the cut layers together. Device for fastening the cut layers of tissue together comprises a body, a rod extending from the body, and an end effector. End effector is in communication with the rod. End effector is made with the possibility of compression, stapling and dissection of the tissue. End effector contains a stop and a cassette. Stop is movable between an open position and a closed position, the stop having a distal tip. End effector forms a longitudinal axis that intersects the distal tip of the stop when the stop is in the closed position. Cassette has an upper tapered surface and a lower tapered surface. Cassette forms a line of sight that runs along the lower tapered surface towards the stop. Lower tapered surface of the cassette is not parallel to the longitudinal axis. Line of sight intersects the longitudinal axis near the distal tip when the support is in the closed position. Line of sight portion and the longitudinal axis portion form an angle θ. Portion of the line of sight is on the side of the cassette of the longitudinal axis, with the portion of the longitudinal axis distal to the line of sight, and the angle is θ more than 90°. In the second embodiment, the device for fastening the dissected layers of tissue together comprises the above-mentioned body, core and end effector. End effector contains a stop and a cassette. Stop contains the proximal part and the distal part, with the proximal part running along the plane, and the distal part does not pass along the plane. Stop contains a distal tip. Cassette forms a longitudinal axis. Cassette has an upper tapered surface and a lower tapered surface. Upper tapered surface is not parallel to the longitudinal axis, and the lower tapered surface is not parallel to the longitudinal axis, and the upper tapered surface is not parallel to the lower tapered surface. Upper and lower tapered surface of the cassette are in the proximal location towards the distal part of the stop. Distal part of an emphasis supplements the top surface of the cartridge. Lower tapering surface forms a line of sight extending to the distal tip. In the third embodiment, the device for fastening the dissected layers of tissue together comprises the aforementioned body and end effector. End effector comprises an abutment, a lower branch and a cassette. Stop has a distal tip. Stop is made with the ability to move to the lower branch. Cassette is located with the possibility of removal in the lower branch. Cassette is made with the possibility of pushing the staples towards the stop. Distal part of one of the supports or cassettes has a protruding tip. Distal part of the other of: the stop or cassette has a notch that complements the protruding tip, and the protruding tip is arranged to be placed in the recess. Cassette forms a longitudinal axis. Cassette has an upper tapered surface and a lower tapered surface, with the upper tapered surface not parallel to the longitudinal axis, and the lower tapered surface not parallel to the longitudinal axis. Upper tapering surface is not parallel to the lower tapering surface. Upper and lower tapered surface of the cassette are in the proximal location towards the distal part of the stop. Lower tapering surface forms a line of sight extending to the distal tip.

EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to vary the visibility of the operating field by varying the viewing angle and provides the user with a view along the line of sight, as well as any area within the viewing angle.
