SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The device comprises a staplr for application in a suturing surgical instrument and a surgical instrument having a proximal end with a handle and a distal end. The distal end includes a cutter and a stapler. The stapler comprises an internal channel extending along at least a part of the staple length. An agent is located in the inner channel that can be used to coagulate the operative field in the places of surgical instrument application.
EFFECT: device provides fluid coagulation after brackets fixation in the operative field.
