SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telemechanics. Device for carrying out the process of testing a rail vehicle with a stationary control unit, with a block of modeling and with a data interface, which are located in a stationary place, moreover, the stationary control unit for data transmission is in working interaction with the simulation unit and is designed to form a data transmission channel with a rail vehicle through the data interface and to carry out the testing process on the basis of data exchange with the rail vehicle and with the modeling unit.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of testing a rail vehicle is achieved.
