FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for the formation of a laparoscopic esophagojejunoanastomosis of the "end to side" type. Terminal part of the diverting loop of the small intestine, located between the end stapler suture and the anastomosis zone, is wrapped by at least 180° around the esophagus above the superimposed anastomosis with the formation of an incomplete “cuff” covering the anastomosis, which is fixed by serous-muscular sutures. At least one suture is applied, covering the back wall of the blind end of the small intestine diverting loop, the esophagus wall proximal to the anastomosis anterior wall suture and the small intestine wall distal to the anastomosis, and at least one suture, covering the front wall of the blind end of the small intestine diverting loop, the wall of the esophagus proximal to the suture of the front wall of the anastomosis and the wall of the small intestine distal to the anastomosis.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of dehiscence of the anastomosis.
