FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a solid lubricant composition for forming a cermet coating in friction units, compositions for treating metal surfaces of friction units of various machinery and equipment for household and military purposes, in particular, to form a wear-resistant metal-ceramic coating with high tribotechnical characteristics on friction surfaces, and can be used for surface hardening and restoration of surfaces in the friction units, subject to wear under conditions of friction, high temperatures and pressure. Solid lubricating composition contains a powder mixture consisting of an oxide-containing component, including magnesium oxide, and a metal-containing component, comprising a powder of a self-fluxing alloy on a nickel base, doped with chromium, and copper powder, and as a hydrocarbon binder glycerol in the following ratio of components, wt.%: the oxide-containing component, including magnesium oxide, is 5.0–30.0, the powder of the self-fluxing alloy on nickel base doped with chromium is 10.0–30.0, copper powder is 1.0–5.0, glycerin is the rest.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides a uniform load distribution with stress relaxation, reducing the coefficient of friction, which leads to an increase in wear resistance and antifriction properties of a metal-ceramic coating and an increase in the overhaul life.
