FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a wear-resistant antifriction coating on a substrate from steel, nickel or titanium alloy. A powder mixture containing, in wt.%: bismuth oxide from 5 to 70, manganese oxide—the rest, is deposited on said substrate. Said powder mixture is treated by short-pulse laser reflow using instantaneous power from 10 to 50 kW, instantaneous power density from 1012 to 1014 W/m2 and pulse duration of not more than 200 ns in controlled argon gas medium.
EFFECT: providing ultra-low coefficient of dry sliding friction to 0,03 and high reliability and long-term operability of friction assemblies with high sliding speed up to 32 m/s and specific load in the form of pressure up to 25 MPa without lubrication.
