FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a printing method for forming a three-dimensional object using a sustainable material suitable for three-dimensional printing. This method includes heat treatment of thermoplastic fibers, layer-by-layer extrusion of the molten fiber and formation of a three-dimensional object from the layers of the molten thermoplastic fiber. Said thermoplastic fibers contain an eco-friendly resin made from a bio-based dicarboxylic acid monomer and a bio-based glycol monomer. Above resin is polybutylene succinate.
EFFECT: resulting sustainable material provides a much more reliable 3D printing material with properties different from those of conventional materials.
