INHALER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61M15/00

Abstract RU 2676006 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Inhalation halotherapy device has a proximal end in axial section for insertion into the user's oral cavity and a distal end located opposite to the proximal end where the inhaler has an inlet; outlet is located in the region of the proximal end; air flow passes from the inlet to the outlet; container is connected to the air passage by a sprayer. Container contains a sprayable substance, such as finely ground salt. Inhaler has a proximal portion consisting of an outlet, and a distal portion attached to the proximal portion; proximal part is movable in the axial direction relative to the distal part between the positions “OPEN” and “CLOSED”. Inhaler includes part of the valve inlet, part of the valve outlet and part of the valve container. Parts of the inlet valves, the outlet opening and the containers are arranged so as to simultaneously cover the inlet opening, the outlet opening and the spray arms, when the proximal part switches from the “OPEN” position to the “CLOSED” position, and in order to simultaneously open the inlet, the outlet and deliver a certain amount of the substance being sprayed from the container through the nebulizer into the air passage when the proximal part switches from the “CLOSED” to the “OPEN” position.

EFFECT: inhaler is proposed.
