SUBSTANCE: dry powder composition inhalation device comprises a body having a proximal end, a distal end and a length, wherein the body has an internal passage having a proximal, intermediate and distal sections arranged in series along body length; a hole on the proximal end, a hole at the distal end and a hole on the proximal segment, each of which is interconnected with internal channel; compartment for dry powder at distal section of internal channel and unit for fluidisation and deagglomeration of powder at intermediate section of internal channel; wherein if vacuum is applied to the opening at the proximal end with the opening closed at the proximal portion on the segment from the opening at the distal end to the opening at the proximal end, a first airflow pattern is generated, having first resistance to air flow, and with open hole on proximal portion generated second air flow pattern, having second resistance to air flow, which is less than first resistance to air flow. As a result, in the inhalation process, the dry powder captured by the airflow is delivered into the user's lungs.

EFFECT: disclosed is a dry powder inhaler for inhalation of a dry powder composition.
