SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to high-speed hydrating boats. High-speed hydrating boat is proposed, including the hull, the engine, the drive torque transmission from the engine to the propeller, propeller, steering, in which a hydraulically-driven electric motor used to drive the engine to the propeller mounted under the bow of the hull, while under the sides of the hull rotary stabilizers are installed, designed to compensate for rolling, rotation of the vessel and transfer of the vessel from the surface position to the underwater position and back; reservoir of ballast is also provided in the vessel hull. Hull of the vessel can be made of a disk shape. Hydraulic drive is provided for steering.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the energy consumption during vessel movement, simplifying the vessel design, reducing its metal consumption, and expanding the functionality of the vessel.
