SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for the dehydration and desalting of petroleum and refining of petroleum products. Electrodehydrator for the separation of oil emulsion includes a housing, a system for the input and distribution of raw materials, a fitting for the withdrawal of oil, a fitting for the withdrawal of water, two high-voltage power sources and electrodes located in vertical planes and alternately connected to the corresponding power sources; according to the invention, the system of input and distribution of raw materials consists of a distribution manifold of cylindrical shape, inside which the dispersing element is coaxially located, which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with the possibility of rotational motion relative to the longitudinal axis, while through holes are made in the wall of the cylinder.

EFFECT: improving the performance and reliability of the dehydrator, reducing the duration of demulsification.
