Working part of 3 mm thick, 80 mm long, 45 mm wide, U-shaped with a runner of 12.5 mm width is provided at the distal end with a 10 mm high tooth.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to provide an improved view of the operating field, a more reliable fixation of the large pectoral muscle, a reduction in the traumatism of the intervention, ease of manipulation and a reduction in the operation time.
