FIELD: medical equipment; medical instruments.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in surgery when performing laparoscopic operations for suturing trocar wounds. The needle for suturing trocar wounds is a hook-needle consisting of a corrugated handle, a sleeve and a working part located along the same axis as the working part of the needle. The working part of the needle is removable and is presented in three sizes — 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm. The distal end of the working part is bent at 5/8 of the circle and has a piercing-cutting sharpening, at a distance of 5 mm from which there is an eyelet for passing a 7 mm thread, and the end pointed part of the needle is declined from the needle axis by 5°.
EFFECT: reduction of the operation time, reduction of tissue trauma, prevention of the development of complications.
