FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to correct the malposition position when teething permanent teeth in children. Computed tomography is performed. Specify the position of the germ of a permanent tooth. Tooth germ is placed in a physiological orientation with the help of an elevator by accessing it from the bone bed pre-formed above the germ in the dentition from the top of the jaw ridge bone or if there is a temporary tooth over the rudiment after its removal – from the side of the hole, the wound around the rudiment is sutured with suggestive sutures or filled with a hemostatic sponge.
EFFECT: method allows to provide physiologically correct eruption of the germ of a permanent tooth in children.
