FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for determining the mechanical characteristics of a construction composite polymer reinforcement of any type: plain, sprinkled, lacing (profiled). Essence: the specimen is loaded with increasing load and the load-displacement values are recorded. On the reinforcement specimen, on one side, a cylindrical portion of the support bar is formed, free from the power coating with a nominal body diameter dn. At least two stepwise grooves with a width along the axis hgi and a diameter determined by the formula dgi=dn-iΔd, where i – ordinal number of the groove, Δd – step of decreasing the nominal diameter of the supporting bar, and at least two collars with a width along the axis hci and a diameter determined by the formula dci=dn-(i-1)Δd, where i – serial number of the collar, Δd – step of decreasing the nominal diameter of the support bar, are successively made on it. Collars are sequentially subjected to shear along the longitudinal axis of the bar. Curve of the maximum forces Fmax i=f(dgi) is recorded, the magnitude of which is used to judge of the strength of adhesion of the power layer to the supporting bar along diameter dgi.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and speed of control of the mechanical characteristics of the reinforcement produced by determining the adhesion strength of the roving layers of the supporting bar.
