FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, pediatrics, pulmonology and allergology. Calculate the level of physical health according to the method of L.G. Apanasenko (Σ1). In addition, patient is subjected to AAT test (Σ2) and the presence of the following data is determined: broncho-obstructive syndrome in the daytime (BSD) and night time (BSN), restrictions on physical activity (PAR) due to symptoms of bronchial asthma (BA), use of bronchodilators (UB), violation of spirometry parameters (VSP) and exacerbations of BA during the year of observation (EBA). Ranke in points and summarize (Σ3). Determine the phenotype of atopic BA FBA according to the formula: FBA=Σ1+Σ2+Σ3, where Σ1 – the number of points obtained during functional testing according to the method of L.G. Apanasenko; Σ2 – the number of points during the AAT test; Σ3 – the sum of points in the evaluation of data in points: BSD – 2 or less symptoms per week – “3” points, more than 2 – “0”; BSN – 0-1 times a month – “3”, 2 or more times a month – “0”; PAR – absence – "3", presence – "0"; UB – 2 or less once a week – “3”, more than 2 times – “0”; VSP – compliance with the age norm – more than or equal to 80 % of the proper value – “3” points; discrepancy between the age norm – spirometry parameters are less than 80 % of the proper value – “0” points; EBA – 1-2 exacerbations – “3”, more than 2 – “0”; if FBA 48 points and above, determine the BA phenotype with a high level of physical health; from 48 to 38 points – BA phenotype with an average level of physical health; less than 38 points – BA phenotype with a low level of physical health.
EFFECT: method provides simplification and increase of reliability due to the selection of clear criteria for determining the phenotypes of atopic BA in children.
