SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the uncontrolled course of bronchial asthma in obese children. Using real-time PCR analysis, polymorphic variants rs1042713 (Arg16Gly) in the ADRB2 gene and rs1801282 (Pro12Ala) in the PPARG gene are studied. When a combination of genotype AG or GG of the polymorphic variant rs1042713 (Arg16Gly) of the ADRB2 gene and genotype CG or GG of the polymorphic variant rs1801282 (Pro12Ala) of the PPARG gene is detected, the uncontrolled course of bronchial asthma is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides new criteria for assessing the risk of uncontrolled bronchial asthma in obese children based on combinations of metabolic genes.
