FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular infectious diseases, and can be used for the treatment of intestinal infections in children. In the acute period of the disease, photochromotherapy is additionally performed simultaneously with standard background drug therapy. Over the entire surface of the abdomen of the patient, monochromatic polarized incoherent optical radiation is labile applied. Blue filter is used from a distance of 2–3 cm from the apparatus to the body surface for 5 minutes once a day 2 hours after meals. Assign 4–5 procedures.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the duration of the disease by reducing the activity of the systemic inflammatory response and increasing the nonspecific reactivity of the organism.
