SUBSTANCE: personified 3D model of cardio-aortic complex is made of optically transparent and/or X-ray contrast elastic material and includes right and/or left heart chambers with valve structures. Model comprises an external hollow container made of an elastic optically transparent and/or X-ray contrast material, pulmonary veins, an ascending aorta, an aortic arch and a descending aorta. Outer hollow reservoir is made with possibility of filling with working medium and is equipped with outlet for connection of membrane pump. Descending aorta is provided with a tap for connection to the pulmonary veins. At least the left ventricle is located inside the outer hollow container with the possibility of imitating contractions when exposed to the working medium in the outer hollow container. Disclosed is a system for simulating operations in structural cardiac affections under visual control and/or using radiography and a method of making a system for simulating operations in structural cardiac injuries.

EFFECT: reproduction of cardio-aortic complex of patient with imitation of natural hemodynamics of systemic circulation.
