FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery, and can be used during reconstructive surgeries of aortic valve (AV), ascending section of aorta by intraoperative measurement of size of AV interflap triangles. Working elements are two isosceles triangles with size of angles near vertices of 60° and 90°, with oval sides, having thickness of 1.0–2.0 mm, and dimensions of lateral sides of respectively 1.0 cm, working surface of triangle is concave at angle of 15° for more tight adherence to left ventricular walls, wherein triangles are rigidly fixed on rods with length of 2–3 cm and located on opposite sides of corrugated handle, made together with them, wherein rods are bent at acute angle relative to longitudinal axis of handle in opposite direction relative to each other, and device is made of biologically inert metal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of measurement of angles at vertices of interflap triangles, which is necessary for selecting size of vascular graft.
