FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical deposition of metallic coatings from nickel-based alloys and can be used in mechanical engineering, instrument making, and aircraft building to create corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings. Method includes the exposure of products in an aqueous solution containing salts of nickel, copper and lead, sodium hypophosphite, glycine, orthophosphoric acid, sodium tetraborate and copper phthalocyanate modified with carboxyphenyl groups, in the following ratio of components, mol/l: nickel salt 0.075–0.125, copper salt 0.0008–0.0008, lead salt (0.6–1.2)⋅10-5, sodium hypophosphite 0.28–0.40, glycine 0.10–0.40, orthophosphoric acid 0.10–0.30, sodium tetraborate 0.05–0.10, modified copper phthalocyanate 2⋅10-4–5⋅10-4. Coating is carried out with stirring, the temperature of the solution 70–90 °C and pH 6.5–8. Modification of copper phthalocyanate is carried out by treating 4-benzyldiazonium with carboxylate with a fraction of the phthalocyanate mass from 3 to 30 %.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the antifriction properties of coatings under conditions of dry friction; coating obtained is characterized by a reduced coefficient of friction on steel and a reduced wear of the counterbody in tribological contact.
