FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forming a heat-resistant moisture-proof coating on the surface of heat-stressed metal structures and can be used in manufacture of exhaust pipes for gas-turbine units of fuel and energy complexes: gas pumping units, gas-turbine power plants. Heat-resistant waterproof coating is formed by applying four layers of paint with addition of ultra-disperse zinc to each layer per 100 pts. wt. of paintwork according to the following scheme: 1 layer – paint coating + 0.5 pts. wt. of ultra-disperse zinc; 2 layer – paint coating + pts. wt. of ultra-disperse zinc; 3 layer – paint coating + 3.5 pts. wt. of ultra-disperse zinc; 4 layer – paint coating + 5 pts. wt. of ultra-disperse zinc. When applied, each layer is dried to incomplete polymerization of the paint-and-lacquer coating, and after applying the fourth layer of paint-and-lacquer coating, the layers of heat-resistant waterproof coating are finally dried until complete polymerization.
EFFECT: invention allows to eliminate the formation of cracks by increasing the reliability and durability of heat-resistant moisture-proof coating.
