FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for forming an outer heat resistant coating of gas turbine plant exhaust pipe is proposed, the method includes mechanical treatment and degreasing of pipe surface, application of paint coating layers, drying, in this case, after applying a number of paint coating layers, a layer of chemically resistant polyimide web of non-woven structure is laid thereon, after that, the remaining layers of paint-varnish coating are applied, a polymerizable paint coating is applied as a paint-varnish coating.
EFFECT: improved reliability and durability of the outer heat-resistant coating of the gas-turbine plant exhaust pipe.
