FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery and can find application in the harvesting of crops by a grain combine when implementing the technology of precision farming. Automated system for in-line measurement of grain yield includes housing 1, flow divider 2 in form of inclined plane, flow stabilizer 3, measuring chamber 4, capacitive sensor 5, temperature sensor 6 and strain gage 7. Measuring part of the trough flow meter of the common grain flow represents metal string 8 by one end rigidly fixed on the housing wall, and by the other side – on its opposite side by means of collet attachment of screw 9 with nut for string 10 tightening and with the possibility of string tension by means of nut 11, the middle of string 12 is rigidly connected to the end of measuring tray 13, having a point of support on housing 14, two electromagnetic coils for excitation of oscillations of sections of strings 15, 16 are connected to outputs of two amplifiers 17, 18, inputs connected to outputs of two optocouplers, light-emitting diode 19 – phototransistor 20 and light-emitting diode 21 – phototransistor 22 respectively placed in zone of their oscillations.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements owing to noise immunity at high vibration loads.
