SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydrogen producing plants, which are used, in particular, in fuel cells based autonomous energy sources. Self-contained hydrogen plant includes hydrocarbon raw materials supply line and steam-air reforming reactor with hydrogen-containing gas outlet line, as well as heated air and hydrocarbon raw materials with water injecting lines. Plant is equipped with a condensing refrigerator, hydrogen evolution unit with hydrogen outlet line and oxidation unit with air supply line and exhaust gas outlet line, on which the air / water mixture heating heat exchanger is installed. At that, the hydrogen evolution unit is located in the reactor and is equipped with the hydrogen selection partition. In the hydrocarbon raw materials and air supply line to the reactor the hydrocarbon raw materials with water mixture heating heat exchanger and condensing refrigerator with water supply lines are installed on the exhaust gas outlet line. At that, the plant is equipped with the gas turbine unit with electric generator, located on the exhaust gas outlet line turbine and compressor equipped with the air intake line and air supply lines to the oxidation unit and to the reactor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the given plant simplification and independence.
