Introduction of the substance and gasification processes, including the processes of forming a high-temperature gasifying agent, heating, thermal decomposition, gasification of the substance to produce a vapor-gas mixture, its purification, are carried out in two stages. Said first stage is carried out in at least two primary reaction chambers, and the second stage is carried out in the main reaction chamber. Further, the processes carried out in the primary reaction chambers are implemented in the formed high-temperature highly swirling radial flows in a field with a high radial static pressure gradient, moving with an increase in the axial velocity component. And the processes carried out in the main reaction chamber and in the devices for forming gasifying agents are implemented in formed high-temperature highly swirling flows, moving with opposite axial velocities, in a field with a high radial static pressure gradient, highly developed anisotropic turbulence and intense acoustic oscillations.
