Components are used in the following ratio per 1,000 kg of product (excluding losses): raw cow milk – 280 kg; raw mare's milk – 680 kg; skimmed milk powder – 39.1–39.9 kg; yoghurt starter culture for direct inoculation – 0.1–0.9 kg.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the nutritional and biological value of the composition.
