FIELD: devices for grinding.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a centrifugal disc shredder comprising a housing with loading and unloading pipes, counter rotating top and bottom disks. Lower disc has upper conical working surface with generatrix inclination angle to horizon exceeding angle of natural slope of material. Working surface of each disc has concentric protrusions and recesses with cross-section in the form of a semicircle, the radius of which decreases from the center of disks to their periphery. Ledges of lower working surface of upper disc enter the recesses of upper working surface of lower disc with clearance, uniformly decreasing from center of discs to their periphery, forming angle between lower surface of upper disc and upper surface of lower disc. Ledges of upper working surface of lower disc in direction of its rotation have tangential cuts of rectangular cross section. Vane spreader is rigidly fixed in the center of the lower disc, on bottom working surface of upper disc an anvil ring with inclined working surface is fixed opposite the spreader.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of grinding process efficiency.
