FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Device comprises cylindrical housing (1) with loading (2) and unloading (3) branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper (4) and lower (6) disks. In center of lower disc (6) there is cylindrical recess (7) with diameter equal to inner diameter of loading branch pipe (2), and depth Dmax, where Dmax is maximum size of initial material particles. On upper surface of lower disc (6) and on lower surface of upper disc (4) arc-shaped grooves (8, 9) of semicircular cross-section are made, which are directed on lower (6) and upper (4) disks in opposite sides. Vertical gap between recesses of arc-shaped grooves (8, 9) of lower (6) and upper (4) disks decreases from center to periphery and is equal to (1…2) Dmax in central part of disks and (1…2) dmax on their periphery, where dmax is maximum particle size of the ready product. Upper surface of lower disc (6) and lower surface of upper disc (4) are conical with inclination angle of generatrix α>ϕ, where ϕ is angle of natural slope of material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding process due to increased intensity of movement of particles of material in working space between upper and lower disks.
